The company is well experienced in partnership with international companies in development of tender documents and in adaptation of projects elaborated by foreign architects and engineers in order to make these in compliance with Ukrainian building codes and regulations. BIP-PM Ltd. collaborates with leading research and scientific institutions of Ukraine in the sphere of construction, with local authorities and service providers. The company works closely with governmental agencies related to the Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine (NIISK, NIISP, ZNIIEP, etc.) and with large construction companies of Kyiv. Our staff participates in international conferences, workshops and project meetings, as well as in elaboration of regulatory documents, Experimental Construction Programmes and Individual Technical Requirements for high-rise buildings in Kyiv.

All workstations are computerised and connected to local network, including internet connection. Design engineers work with advanced software using the latest versions of ArchiCAD and AutoCAD graphics packages, as well as LIRA, ARS-SP and other CAD programmes for designing of reinforced concrete structures. For project planning, monitoring and provision of quality we use such computer systems as Microsoft Project, SureTrack Project Manager, as well as MS Office (Excel, Word, Access), legal documents base, etc. Our people continuously improve their professional knowledge and skills, study advanced local and foreign practice and master new spheres of knowledge. Nine of our project managers hold certificates of International Project Management Association (IPMA), which motivated their career advancement and facilitated improvement of quality in project management.
